KPD is seeking a Civil Attorney for its growing insurance defense practice. Our firm is a highly respected litigation practice with multiple locations throughout five states.

This is an exceptional opportunity for attorneys to be part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment where they will be able to take ownership of their cases and hone their litigation skills. An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, but we welcome candidates at all stages of their career.

We have an immediate opening for a Civil Attorney with a proven track record in:

Prior experience handling a file from beginning to end.
A self-starter capable of handling a full caseload.
Experience handling case evaluations and taking depositions.
Embracing and developing client relationships.
Ability to frequently and directly communicate with clients.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Accurately report time.
*Portable business is a plus
