Executive/Legal Assistant
Job: Part-time 20-30 hours per week.
Location: Fully Remote
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Description: Seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Personal/Executive Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations and beyond; providing crucial support to a busy working professional in our firm. This role requires excellent organizational skill, experience with legal terminology, technological and internet proficiency, discretion; and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and other external parties
- Manage calendars, organize meetings, and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, transportation, and accommodations
- Paralegal or legal assistant knowledge
- Keep the employer informed and up to date on the important tasks, appointments, and deadlines
- Communicate with manager at various properties regarding maintenance schedules and other relevant matters.
- Compile and prepare daily reports and correspondence
- Coordinate medical appointments, medical records, and prescriptions
- Manage email correspondence including, checking, printing, noting, and responding to emails
- Perform additional tasks as needed
Skills and Requirements:

- Have experience in legal documentation and language

- Strong follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed promptly

- Willingness to undergo extensive training provided by the current Manager

The current manager is retiring after 38 years and will be available for training purposes
