THE OPPORTUNITY
Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 20 offices across 11 states, is seeking experienced attorneys to join our growing General Liability practice group in California. We have immediate openings for both Associate and Partner-level candidates out of our Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Francisco offices.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome applications from candidates with the following qualifications:
- Associate Level: Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation, including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for mediations and trial.
- Partner Level: 10+ years of experience handling all phases of litigation, including arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
The ideal candidate is licensed to practice in California, possess strong writing and strategic thinking skills, and have has experience in one or more areas of civil litigation, including general liability, construction, premises liability, professional liability, transportation, and/or insurance defense.
THE BENEFITS
Salary Range:
- Associate: $110,000 – $165,000
- Partner: $110,000 – $250,000
Actual compensation will be based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also offers bonuses, and a full benefits package.
