Position Overview:
As a Legal Secretary at South Coast AQMD, you will provide high-level legal administrative support to attorneys in our Legal Department. You will be responsible for preparing, formatting, and processing legal documents; coordinating court filings and hearing board submissions; managing case files; and ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced legal environment. This role is critical in supporting the agency’s enforcement and litigation efforts to protect public health and improve air quality across Southern California.
Qualifications:
Experience: 
Two years of experience performing a wide variety of difficult and complex legal secretarial duties in a legal office
-OR-
Four years of progressively responsible clerical experience, three years of which must have included transcribing, typing and processing of legal documents and reports.

Salary & Benefits:
   Salary: $63,808 - $88,054 annually
   Full-time position with generous benefits
