What You’ll Do

Draft subpoenas, FOIA requests, discovery responses, and legal documents.
Conduct legal research and analyze case information.
Review and organize discovery materials.
Support attorneys in depositions, hearings, and trial prep.
Keep case databases updated and organized.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of litigation experience preferred.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Sharp research and analytical abilities.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with litigation in VA, MD, DC, and federal courts is a plus.
