They will have strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, work efficiently under pressure, and quickly learn and integrate new technical skills required for success in this position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with attorneys and clients during all phases of a lawsuit or administrative procedure.
Undertake legal research and analysis to ensure clients remain apprised of pertinent laws and regulations influencing their business operations.
Draft and scrutinize a diverse range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.
Manage complex cases throughout the litigation process.
Assist with fact and witness investigations.
Assist with propounding and responding to discovery, including document production.
Review and summarize medical records, medical bills, police records, deposition transcripts, and other documents and client files.
Review and analyze large files to prepare key events, correspondence, and other chronologies to assist with case assessment.
Assist with deposition, court hearing, mediation, and arbitration preparation.
Trial preparation, juror research, and attendance.
Communicate effectively, courteously, and professionally with clients, attorneys, and professional staff.
Efficiently and effectively learn and utilize new and existing firm technology.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years litigation experience.
Paralegal certification preferred.
Experience assisting in legal research, drafting, evaluating, revising legal documents, notices, and forms.
Proficient in Federal, State, Local and Court applicable laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, time keeping software, and document management software.
Superior attention to detail, problem solving, strong organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
Proven ability to work effectively with multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
