Remote Paralegal role focused on commercial law - permanent role -seeking long-term hire!Our client is a successful mid-tier law firm in their market, and they are seeking an experienced Commercial Law Paralegal to join their team. They are open to this role being remote full-time or part-time (0.8) They envisage this role as a suitable fit for a career paralegal.

The successful individual will be required to visit and attend the office for the first 2 weeks of employment and then will be equipped to work fully remotely.

The position will work directly with the Commercial Law Partner, so previous experience working in Commercial Law as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant are essential. The responsibilities of the role will include legal research & analysis, document drafting, due diligence & compliance, case file management, client liaison, litigation support and general administrative tasks, including billing.

The successful candidate will hold relevant work experience, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be a highly diligent and professional individual.
