Evans Fears Schuttert McNulty Mickus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trial Paralegal to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the litigation process, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys with all aspects of trial preparation, managing discovery, and drafting/filing legal documents in both state and federal court. A paralegal certificate or degree and 3+ years of litigation experience are required. Familiarity with Trial Director is preferred. Benefits include: medical, dental, vision insurance and 401(k).
