Description

Provide paralegal support to family law attorney in a growing law firm. Support includes legal research, drafting letters, memos, pleadings, motions, orders and keeping file notes as well as communicating with clients regarding their matters. Preparing and organizing filings for hearings and trials under the direction of one or more attorneys. A Paralegal provides quality legal services to our clients at a lower billable rate than an Attorney. Paralegals are required to meet minimum billable requirements set by the Firm.
