Your new role
As the Paralegal, you will be responsible for supporting the Commercial & Legal team with lease and contract administration. You'll prepare leasing documentation, liaise with external legal firms, manage transactions from draft to execution, and maintain accurate records in the commercial management system. The role also includes day-to-day lease management, rent reviews, tenant correspondence, and supporting financial processes such as invoicing, reconciliations, and debt recovery.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You'll bring strong legal acumen, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in lease administration or property law. You'll be confident working independently and collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external clients. Experience in lease administration, property law, or contract management is highly desirable, as will having prior experience working within a high-performing legal firm. This is a full-time, office-based role requiring attendance five days a week, so a proactive and professional approach is essential.
