At Carolina Estate Planning, we help families through some of life's most important transitions with clarity, compassion, and confidence. We're looking for a Probate Legal Assistant who shares our dedication to excellence, service, and attention to detail.
This is a full-time, on-site role (40 hours/week) at our Winston-Salem office.

Compensation:$45,000 - $50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Prepare legal documents for probate (court forms, inventories, accountings)
- Conduct legal research for probate cases
- Organize and manage case files and legal documents
- Maintain and update case management systems
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, court staff, and other parties
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates
- Draft legal correspondence
- Calendar key tasks and deadlines
- Excellent clerical and administrative skills
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication
- Familiarity with case management systems
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in a law firm, preferably working with trusts and estates
